Kayla Williams
General Manager
With eight years of dedicated service at Fox Valley Country Club, Kayla has become a cornerstone of the club and an integral part of its continued success. Beginning her career in the hospitality department, she has steadily advanced through several leadership roles before becoming General Manager.
Kayla has played a key role in strengthening club operations, developing the team, and building strong relationships with members. Her deep knowledge of Fox Valley and commitment to its success make her a driving force behind the club’s continued growth.
Prior to joining Fox Valley, Kayla owned and operated her own company, gaining valuable experience in business development, sales, and marketing. She is a graduate of Bryant & Stratton College and remains committed to operational excellence, team development, and providing an exceptional member experience.
Adam Kroll, PGA
Head Golf Professional
As Fox Valley Country Club’s PGA Golf Professional, Adam brings a wealth of experience and a strong passion for the game to our golf operation. Adam joined the Fox Valley team in February 2025 and has taken on a key leadership role in shaping and advancing our golf offerings.
Before joining Fox Valley, Adam spent seven successful seasons at Transit Valley Country Club, most recently serving as Senior Assistant Golf Professional. A graduate of Medaille College and former member of the collegiate golf team, Adam began his career at The Country Club of Buffalo, where he spent eight years working as a caddie and in outside operations. He also gained valuable experience during several winter seasons at The Loxahatchee Club and The Wanderers Club in Florida.
Adam is dedicated to developing Fox Valley’s golf program, supporting our members, and continuing to elevate the overall golf experience at the club.
Robert Peterson
Golf Course Superintendent
Robert began his tenure as the Superintendent at Fox Valley Country Club in 2021, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in the turfgrass industry. Prior to joining our club, he spent six years as the Assistant Superintendent at Transit Valley. Robert graduated from SUNY Delhi with a degree in Turfgrass Management. Starting his career at 16, Robert has gained invaluable experience working at several country clubs in various roles within the golf/turf industry. His extensive background, combined with his leadership roles, has equipped him with a deep understanding of grounds management and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Brandon Hurd
Executive Chef
Chef Brandon Hurd brings over 15 years of culinary expertise to our team. Brandon's culinary journey began directly out of high school where he attended culinary school and was a former ProStart competitor, building a strong foundation early in his career. He brings extensive experience from several local country clubs and most recently served as Executive Chef at John Henry’s. Specializing in seafood, he focuses on fresh, quality ingredients, bold flavors, and elevated presentation. In just a few months, he has already made a strong impact at our club.
Johnny Schmeh
Facilities Manager
With over 33 years of dedicated service, Johnny is a cornerstone of our organization. As Facilities Manager, he ensures that our workplaces run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Johnny has completed the Titleist Golf Ball Ambassador Program, gaining valuable knowledge about golf balls and is now an ambassador for one of the most respected brands in golf. We are grateful for Johnny’s decades of service and leadership in keeping our facilities running at their best.
Mikayla Luby
Food & Beverage Manager
Mikayla earned her degree in Restaurant and Resort Management from SUNY Delhi in 2019. With a proven background in hospitality, Mikayla brings over 10 years of experience in the private club industry. Prior to joining our team, Mikayla spent six seasons at Country Club of New Canaan overseeing all facets of food and beverage operations, including planning and executing member events, while overseeing restaurant operations. She then completed two seasons at Rolling Hills Country Club before relocating to Buffalo to join our team.
